Amazon Discounts Bulk Solar Firefly Lights to $22.39

October 19, 2026 — Retailers have initiated a significant price reduction on multi-pack outdoor lighting, with Amazon recently listing a 6-pack of solar firefly lights for $22.39. This market shift targets homeowners seeking low-cost landscape illumination before the winter season begins.

The conventional wisdom says that a $22.39 price point for a 6-pack is an unbeatable entry into garden aesthetics, but the numbers suggest otherwise. According to Dealcatcher.com, this specific Amazon offer requires the application of coupon code RRQGC78J at checkout to reach the advertised price. Here's the part nobody talks about: Dealcatcher.com also confirms that free shipping is not included in this transaction, which frequently negates the perceived savings when compared to established brands like Solar Firefly Lights that offer transparent unit pricing.

Photo by Gorma Kuma on Pexels Run the math: at $22.39 for six units, you are paying approximately $3.73 per stake. However, these budget units often lack the density of higher-tier models. While the Solar Firefly Lights 8-pack provides 64 warm LED bulbs, budget variants often cut corners on the flexible stems or the battery capacity required for a true dusk-to-dawn lighting cycle. When you factor in the shipping costs mentioned by Dealcatcher.com, the price-per-bulb ratio often exceeds that of a 4-pack solar light set which includes 32 bulbs and reliable weatherproofing.

Expert tip: Before committing to a bulk solar purchase, verify the milliampere-hour (mAh) rating of the internal battery. A low-cost 6-pack often utilizes 300mAh batteries which fail after four hours, whereas a quality outdoor solar light installation should utilize at least 600mAh to ensure the swaying firefly effect lasts through the early morning hours.

I'll change my mind when third-party durability testing proves these discounted Amazon units can survive a single frost cycle without the solar panel clouding. Until then, the hidden shipping fees and lower bulb counts make this 'deal' a statistical wash for serious landscape designers.
